In line with the policies of Govt. of India, Sabka Saath aspires to create employment-generating skills among the youth of India. To this, a vocational training centre has been built through the support of certain well-wishers and is now fully functional; situated at the very edge of Lucknow urban habitation. This centre hopes to cater to the aspirational need of those communities that do not have sufficient resources or information to reach the city-based skill development centre. In order to reach areas that have been left out of the skill development map, Sabka Saath has hired space in Amberganj area of Lucknow. A skill development centre has been functioning there since 2021 and has been providing training mostly to young girls from the community in tailoring, fashion designing, computers, beauty and skin care-related fields. A total of 550 citizens have been trained/provided different set of job-ready skills in this center as of November 2023.
